Domestic & International Returns

We accept returns of unused and unworn products within T days of the shipment of your order. Please note that:

Shipping fees, duties, and VAT are not refundable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Elizabeth Young charges a restock $10 fee. We do not charge a restock fee for customers who choose the store credit option during the returns process.

Gift items with the receipt and/or original gift purchaser information may only be returned for shop credit.

At this time, our return policy is only available for orders placed online at ElizabethYoung.co.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the item back, please allow up to two weeks for us to inspect the item and process the return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns of worn or damaged product may be sent back to the customer at their expense, or discarded or donated depending on the condition of the item. We will check for things like tags intact, pet hair, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, etc. as well as any damage to the product or evidence of being washed.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, usually 2-3 days.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy.


Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time, and we are unable to offer price adjustments retroactively.

 

International Shipping Policy

International orders will be subject to duties and taxes charged by your individual country. Duties and taxes are calculated based on: item(s) ordered, total dollar amount of order, and country of delivery. Duties, taxes and additional customs fees are not included at the time of checkout. Customers are responsible for paying all duties and fees and will be charged at the time of order delivery.

Orders shipping to Mexico will ship via UPS.

International orders shipping to all other eligible destinations will be shipped via USPS International Priority.

We cannot offer expedited shipping for International orders at this time.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays or special sales events.

Elizabeth Young is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
