To what countries do you ship?
We gladly ship worldwide, however, we are not responsible for any additional duties and/or taxes your country may charge at the time of delivery.
What are you processing and delivery times?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (except on weekends or holidays). During special releases or sales it may take longer to ship due to a larger number of orders. Please keep in mind that while we work hard to get every order shipped out in a timely manner there may be unexpected delays caused by our shipping providers. International orders may have delays due customs processing.
My tracking information says my package has been delivered but I haven’t received it. What can I do?
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office as soon as possible to see if they can offer any support in locating the package.
